LOCKED PICTURE ---
Last night we locked the film. Basically what this means is that we have settled on the exact look of the film and will not be adding or subtracting any of the shots. This has been a creative week for OLIVER PETERS (our editor), Paul, and myself. We have been in the editing room working this film over and over, watching each scene, dealing with pacing, rhythm, story arcs, buttons, cuts, fade-ins, fade-outs, you name it. And it all coalesced last night. The film sprang to life in front of our very eyes. As the writer, I do not know what to feel as something big happened last night, but I don't know exactly what it was. I couldn't really sleep last night...I just have butterflies and...I just don't know what....honestly.
